candida food diary folks?
 

hi people. I'm posting here and in paleo, trying to find someone who keeps a food diary but eats dairy free (or paleo or anti-candida). I need to steal ideas! Let me know if you are one such person who does keep a diary here.

Question: Is it possible that cheese could be preventing my weight loss? I eat quite a bit of it but I thought it was ok.
