Tofu question...
 

Was wondering if anyone has tried to make Tofu French fries? I watched Martha Stewart do this a few years ago and was thinking it might be a good add to the low-carb lifestyle. Or maybe slice thinner and make 'chips' out of them?

Any other tofu ideas???

This sounds like a great idea! How do you cook the tofu? I haven't tried this, but would like to.

I think Martha fried a little, then baked in oven. I don't quite remember and was hoping someone here has actually made these!
