Hello, I have no idea if you can have pork rinds, but I wouldn't think that you could during induction. ;)
I am also new to the atkins diet and am sticking to it. A good salad dressing is a three cheese ranch or just ranch made by Kraft. Or just lots of lemon. I like using lemon because it also acts like a diretic. I also add an ounce or two of feta cheese to my salad. This makes it taste good, still keeps it low in carbs and tastes great.

I hope this helps

Any kind of salad dressing that is low in carbs is fine. If you want to use bottled, check the label and stay within the 0-2 carb range per serving. Just add it to your daily carb allowance.

One of the things you learn to do on LC is become an avid label reader! :D
