Healthy Choice Bread - the good the bad and skinny on it

I buy a bread for my family called Healthy Choice. It has only 6g carbs per slice according to the package and 9g protein. I would rather my DS and DH eat this than regular bread, but I'm wondering if it's ok for this woe down the road.

Anyone know of it and if so, what do you think?

I haven't heard anything so I thought I'd move this up. I eager for anyone who knows anything about breads...

What are the ingredients and the fiber amount?

I also look for breads for my kids that are high in fiber, preferably whole wheat instead of bleached flours, and so on. Also without excessive sugars added in.
