how can I refer friends to this forum.

I have several friends I have told about this wonderful place and wanted to know if I just send them the http address and if so, what is the http address. Thanks. :confused:

Hi Donna. I would just have them go to:

http://www.lowcarber.org

That will take them to the main page where they can surf around. On the orange bar at the top, at the furthest right, is the link to the support forum. In white, under that, is where you can register if you wish.
The more the merrier!!
