Off the program
 

Well another confession time. I've been off lowcarbing since before Christmas and low and behold I have gained a few pounds but I feel so much better. No more dizziness, headaches or paranoia. Guess this lowcarbing is really not for me. Will check back in sometime but for now 2002 will be "sensible" eating and exercise. I think any extremes are just too much for my body to handle.
