I Have to Start TODAY...
Today is not the best start-time but I know if I don't, this is the best time to gain more weight-I have to start Today. This morning I weighed in and aside from one or two large holiday meals over the next two weeks, I am going to drink more water starting Today, workout-when? Today and low carb to the best of my ability (which I know I can do well). Anyone care to join me Today? If you don't catch me on my today join when your today arrives.

The day after posting this thread I became sick. Eating was not an issue. Next day Christmas-not bad either. Today is Tue. and it feels good to be back. Friday weigh in. Hope I haven't gained and that was the goal.

Jan. 1 - I'm sure I've gained over the past few weeks and when to weigh in is the next thought. In the morning when the holiday is offically over. Today is finally here.

How did it go? Not too bad I hope, mind you the scale can be the most evil of things!

Thanks for checking in. I gained 5. So I'm up 6 from my lowest of 162. But yesterday was good and I'm hopeful for Friday.
