I'm so pleased that there is an Australian site!

I live at Palmwoods on the Sunshine Coast and would be pleased to here from any others on LC in the area to buddy up with.

Only been LC myself for 5 days and have lost 3.5 kgs. Amazing....but probably all water. Even so, it has encouraged me no end. How desperate does that sound? I really have to get out more!

I'm looking for a home made marinade for chicken drumsticks that has a little bit of fire to it that is also without carbs. Any such animal??

Also, how do members get all those cute "avatars" or pictures and signatures on their posts? Anywhere on the site I can go to find out and are there protocols to follow when posting? So many questions...so little time.

Welcome to this WOL :) I have been on it myself for just over 2 months now and have lost 10kg so far. I live about an hour and half drive away from you. We have started a thread called "How are you doing today?" if u wanna come in and chat with us, only really 2 of us atm. Would love to see you in there.
