No PMS on low carb
 

WOW... I started my cycle today... pain free..not cramps... no major food cravings... no real emotional swings... I really did not have PMS really bad before... but enough that was noticable. The only one that did stay was ... a great one... I have a huge sex drive surge!!!! :D My partner loved it!!!!!

Has anyone noticed anything similar? Lessening of PMS?

Hey that sounds great- I have been doing Atkins for 2 weeks and I was wondering about that. I was told by people that have done this that the PMS and cramping is lighter. I really hope that is true for me because I get terrible cramps. Will post back afterwards and let you know.

You bet! No cramps, no backaches, no headaches, very little bloating and a very light cycle. So far they've caught me completely off guard each time. Here's to number three being just like one and two :)

I knew it was on its way because my daughter and I are within 5 days of each other - she came looking for supplies and I knew...

I also knew that my carb cravings were stronger and I was a bit down for a couple of days which I attributed to cheating a couple (or many more) bites of carbs....

The surpise was when I started today and I didn't have a clue - no cramps, bloating, no notice.

Yipeee!
