This diet sounds perfect for me, but I'd love some feedback from others who are using it.

Who's using this plan? How's it working for you?
Am I correct that GO is a low carb, moderate protein, high fat, high fiber plan?
Has anybody read the book? Is it good?
What kind of results are you getting?
Any unexpected problems?
Is it hard to eat or FIND that much fiber?
Does GO help with stomach and digestion problems?
How's this diet at controling insulin levels?
