Can you drink too much Perrier?

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick question. Is anyone aware of any problems with drinking perrier or carbonated water instead of plain water?

Just curious, because I am drinking on average 1200 ml of it a day.

Thanks,

Jenn

Perrier is fine ... it's very low in sodium. Watch out for some brands of sparkling mineral water ... they can be higher in sodium salt.

Club soda is fine too, as long as it's just carbonated water. Some club sodas contain bicarbonate of soda and /or sodium citrate. These salts aren't a problem for a glass or two, but can cause salt and water retention if you're consuming liters every day.
