Soy flour vs soya flour?
 
Are soy and soya flour the same thing? Is it a good guy or a bad guy?

Can they be used to thicken meat drippings for gravy making? I'm really missing having gravy.

I am pretty sure they are the same thing. However, try heavy cream for thickening the meat drippings for gravies.
