condiments
What can I use for condiments???? Hamburgers and steak is fine if it has ketchup or A1 on it. How about all natural salsa? Any suggestions?????

A good appoach is to check labels fanatically when first starting this WOL until it becomes a habit.
Any form of sugar? Just say no! Any form of starch? Just say no! What's the carb count? 5 grams per tablespoon? Just say no! Much of this WOL is about changing habits and breaking free of carb addiction. It can be a bit confusing and uncomfortable at first, but you'll soon be a pro at it. Just remember, carbs are the enemy. Karen |
