Hello from Nebraska!

Just wanted to say hello to everyone.
This is my second time with LC. Two and a half years ago my husband and I lost 35 lbs each in 4 months. We were amazed at the results.

March 1 I had our first child (a son, 9 lb, 13 oz). I gained 75 pounds during my pregnancy. I am now at pre-pregnancy weight but would like to get back to my wedding weight. I know LC can go it for me.

I'm very excited to get started again and am excited to use the support of this forum!

i'm new here too so i'm still trying to find my way around.

is your husband going on the LC diet this time with you?
