ECA stack questions.
 

I've been using the ECA stack Thermadrene to see if it will aid in my loss - but my questions are:

1) Will it help?

2) I've been following the directions on the bottle - two capsules per day, two days on, one day off. Should this be altered?

3) Will it hurt?

Any comments/suggestions are welcome.

MOP, go to the search function and type in "ECA AND Ephindrine" or some such similar terms; Trainerdan has posted many threads in the exercise forum that are very thorough and informative about ECA and their pros/ cons.

Thanks, I already did that - I was hoping someone might have some specific info on Thermadrene - as far as dosage goes...
