This week's chat went well and we are going to try and have them once a week with topics. I am going to attempt to make a poll and those who want to be involved in the chat can vote on the topic they wish to discuss. Sorry you can not make it. Last week was on a Monday so I figured I would try it on a Tuesday this week and I'll probably keep swithcing days/times around week to week to see which works the best.... Hopefully you can come next week!!!

I voted for exercise, and I do hope to be able to stay up for the chat (Aquafit classes and to be honest, 10 pm is getting to past my bed time ;))

This week's chat was not very crowded but we had some good conversation....
