I benched 100 lbs 3 sets of 2. (been bench pressing twice a week, thurs, sun, increasing 10 lbs a week decresing 1 rep a week. I normally do 5 sets but was really tired today.)
3 sets of 10 hammer curls 3 sets of 10 military press 3 sets of 10 reverse curls 3 sets of 10 middle back 3 sets of 10 lower back 5 minute jog (half mile) |
