Made it thru the weekend!!
I made it through the weekend following the program to a tee and not cheating once!!! My husband even took me out for supper on Fri night (I possibly had the best tenderloin steak of my life!!!). I wanted a glass of red wine sooooo bad to go with (but on induction it's a no-no). I stuck to my plan and had club soda.
Got on the scale this morning and I am down 7.5lbs since beginning (I'm on day 6). Did my measurements too and I'm down a 1/4 inch to a 1/2 inch on most measurements (except my calves - which are fine...). I wasn't even exercising (way too tired). I am back to the gym today for my regular workout so I am hoping for great things this week. Thanks for all the support to my questions, it has helped a bunch. My headaches are gone (thank goodness) and the fatigue is starting to subside. I am lovin' this program!!! |
Glad your headaches are gone and you are feeling better. You did really good with the restaurant meal - it is hardest on induction, it does get easier :D
