Gym-a-holic
I'm lucky. I love love LOVE working out. I didn't workout on MOn. or Tues. cause starting Atkins was making me feel a little off. Today, I did the eliptical for 30 minutes and burned 400cals plus a 1/2 hour ab class.

Dissappointed. I thought I could hit the grocery store before the gym since class didn't start til 11. I finished shopping at 11:08...Oh well Tae-box and stretch/tone tommorrow, my 2 favorite classes!!!

I couldn't make it Friday, I hd to take the kids to the Dr.'s on Monday, Tues. the van needed to be fixed and the gym is halfway across the city. But today.....I'm very proud. I went longer than ever on the treadmill. I ran a whole KM. NOt long you say? Well, it was for me. My ankles usually kill me, butI just ran through it. I ran at 6km/hour. It was great. I burned 108cal Then I did weights, then I went on the eliptical and burned 517cals, so 625cals burned at the gym today!!!!!

I went, only did half a class. I really wasn't up to it. I'll do better on Monday.
