I'm a low carber..type 2 Diabetic, newly diagnosed and I swim for my exercise..3 weeks every day in the lap pool...today I did 3/4 of a mile ( 70 laps in this pool is a mile)..the best part is it only took 30 minutes...it gets easier every day..so I have to swim harder...but I love the water...
