Crushed Garlic measure?
 

:help: Anyone know what a crushed clove of garlic is in Spoon measurement? I didnt feel like pealing garlics and I couldnt find them pealed in a jar, so I bought a jar of Crushed garlic, and my recipe calls for 8 cloves crushed.

I reckon there are 1-2 cloves garlic in a teaspoon

:) I went ahead and tried making Garlic chicken before your response using one heaping teaspoon per clove. It was my first meal from a crock pot, and unfortunately although the chicken came out tender, it also seemed dry and gummy.

Sorry, I'm not into crockpot cooking, but I have seen a thread on here with crock pot recipes. i hope you can find it, or that someone will help you out.
