I'm Courtney and also new to this website.
I'm not so new to low carb tho, I've been on atkins since June.16th,2004.
Today is Nov.9, and I've been cheating ALL WEEK! ahhhhhhh :bash:
Sooooo, I decided NO MORE! My current weight is 147, I was 190 before I started atkins, and my goal is to be 140 for christmas and 120 for June.
With enough people and support WE CAN DO IT!!!!!!! RIGHT?
