Switching from Egg Fast
 

Hi, I started an egg fast a few days ago and I thought at first I was losing a few inches, but then I started eating way too many eggs (I mean about 30) and I haven't been able to limit the number I eat!!! I was wondering if anyone has gone from the egg fast to the meat fast and if so, whether or not they put on any weight? I've done the meat fast before and it has always worked really well for me, but I'm worried about suddenly switching. Please, can anyone offer any advice. Thanks.
