I totally left this WOE a month ago - just SO much going on. Had to let the convenience factor kick in.

Started back last Monday as we'd just returned from a trip to the UK, and man it feels sooooo good. I did munch on a few chocolates that we'd smuggled home (mmmm) but they are all gone now.

I always forget how much better I feel eating like this! And taking all my suppliments, drinking my water, etc... Man, energy through the roof! It doesn't even bother me that I may not loose this 30 lbs and get skinny again. I just feel good!
