Yay, a gym log. Dunno how much workouts ill get to, but I know ill do some! :) This is for me to track!

I think my everyday workout will AT LEAST consist of.....
20+ minutes of my Elliptical With my 8lb weights...... Bicep Curls - 12x2 Tricep Pushes - 12x2 Front/Side Raises - 12x2 Gonna do some others, just dont know what they are called ;) and I have my exercise ball that I use to do abs (lower and upper) and pushups! Does this all sound good? |
Well I started it tonight. Boy was it tough on my arms, I guess Im not as strong as I thought I was.
I did.... Biceps - 12x2 (these weren't bad, im gonna up them) Triceps - 12x2 (Boy were they BURNIN) Shoulders - 12x2 (same as triceps) Front/Side Raises - 12x2 on the ball I did 150 crunches 50 Leg lifts while squeezing the ball to work the inner thigh 35 push ups with the ball right at my gut :) Thats all I did tonight. Ill be back to put more tomorrow! |
Good morning! Well since I got a late start I only did 14 minutes on my elliptical. But I do have to coach gymnastics today from 5 - 8:30, I count that for about 45 minutes of lifting light things.

Hi there, just stopping in to offer some encouragement. The log is a great idea and it kinda keeps you motivated, knowing you can post a good workout later on. Good luck! :)

BLeh, woke up late today for school, dont really have time to do anything.....i am working tonight though so that will be my time :)

25 min elliptical.
about 40 minutes walking delivering newspapers in the morning |
last night i did my ab workout too
but today 1/4 - total of 35 min walking on paper route my ab workout tonight. have to go to a funeral so i dont have time or energy to do the elliptical today |
