Okay I figured that I should start keeping track of the excersise I am doing. Started doing walk away the pounds On July 29, 2004 and have done them everyday since. Mini goal is to WATP everyday until sept 7

DId WATP 2 this morning...felt good about it. I also started taking Oil of Oregano. going to see if that makes any difference in helping to get the weight off. I am going to do WATP 4 in the morning hopefully.

I did the WATP 4 this morning. I'm not sure I like it as much as the 2. I like the strength training of the 2. Not to mention that 4 takes longer.

I did the WATP 2 this morning. I will be glad when the 3 gets her I will be interested to try it.

After fighting with the DVd player for 30 minutes this morning. I finally managed to do the 2 mile WATP. I was so frustrated with the electronic end of things..GRRRRRRRR.
Good thing I could workout to let off some steam. |
Lastnight I did the WATP 3....wow what I work out I managed to keep up and felt really good at the end of it. Hot, sweaty and tired but good none the less.

This morning I got up and walked the 1 1/2 up to the end of my road. It was a nice way to start the morning tonight I am going to try to do WATP 3

Just finished doing the 2 mile WATP.....It was pretty bad. I was tired and grumpy. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.

did the 2 watp this morning. It was a much better episode than lastnight.

Wednesday and Thursday did WATP 2....It went well and I felt good after.
