Fitness Tip- Quicker Steps while Walking
 
Here's today's fitness/exercise tip:


In a fitness walking program, strive for quicker steps, not longer ones. At 135 steps per minute, you're going four miles per hour, or 15 minutes per mile. (Newsday, July 9)
