It felt like christmas
 

I got on the scale this morning and it read 174 lbs I was so happy that I danced around. I have been on some weird stall - I went from 178 to 175 and stayed a few days. Then I went to 178 and stayed a almost 2 weeks and the pounds slowly (slower than normal) finally came off and today it was the best it was like Christmas morning.

It was like getting a great present that I waited all year for! I encourage everyone to feel good about even that 1/2 pound loss. Just think we could be gaining but we aren't so WOO HOO:D

WTG Shannon. It's weird but whenever I read posts like yours I feel good! Personal success is great, but seeing others achieving it tastes just as sweet.

Wonderful news Shannon. I'm in a bit of a slump myself right now and hearing your news has got me reinspired. I haven't been varying my menu but have been the same weight for about three weeks. Hopefully I'll have a big drop soon too. Thanks for sharing your success.
