Hello

new to this site and just saying hello

I lost 2 stone on low carb and put it back on while on holiday in crete (and enjoyed every minute!)

I live in Cornwall in England and would love to talk to anyone! Just watching England lose at football....a moment in history!!

Hello to you too! I went on vacation a while back, but didn't put on any weight--in fact, stayed off the carb wagon, LOL. I don't know if I could handle someplace out of the US, though. ;)
