This is just a quick note to tell you that I've registered to compete this year at the following bodybuilding competition:

2004 ONTARIO NATURAL BODYBUILDING AND FITNESS CHAMPIONSHIPS

For those of you in the area or travelling through the Northeast, it would be cool if you could attend. Tickets can be purchased through TICKETMASTER, phone (416) 870-8000, www.ticketmaster.ca.

TICKETS AND INFORMATION
Judging- $15.00; Finals - $40.00; All Day - $50.00

VIP seating - $70.00 (Includes preferred seating for day and evening and access to the VIP reception).
