It's good to be back

I fell off the Atkins wagon a few times until my father -in-law noticed me putting a seat belt over my belly and stated, this just isn't working for ya. Also, my wife noticed me putting on the lbs. I admitted I did, but told her I only put on 5, when actually, it was 18lbs since January. (I won't bore you with the LF foods I devoured) Yikes, also, lack of H2O and exercise.
:o

Since 2 weeks ago Thrusday, I have embraced Atkins with a vigor and have become strict with induction. Also, the water level is back to where I was, and I am exercising between the raindrops at a more frequent level. The 18lbs is gone and time to get back to where I started.

I have fitday on the desktop and ready to go.

I have been lurking the past few weeks and I'll post more often.

Best wishes to everyone meeting their goals.

Congrats! Best of luck!

Curious - any specific reason you fell off the wagon?

That's a good question, I don't even have an answer for. My doc asked me the same question last week, why did I do that? I just ate bad things unconsciously.

I really don't have an answer on the exercise or water either. Honestly, deep down, I think it was laziness and I didn't care.

Come to think of it, I feel I was disappointed with the stall I had. I think I stalled for 8 weeks and that's when I became disappointed. I understand stalls happen. I want to be more aware if this happens this time.
