Question about Fit Day

I am new to fit day journaling. Could anybody give me an easy way to use it. I find it too time comsuming and also don't like the fact that it doesn't track net carbs!! Am I missing something?

Anybody have the pc version?

Thanks in advance!!

So far, that is why I do not use it either. I dislike it not tracking net carbs as well. Does the PC version subtract for fiber?

Don't know

I was hoping that somebody would have it and know. I would be willing to spend the $20 bucks if it did.

Fitday doesn't track net carbs but it does give you total carbs and total fiber. All you have to do is subract the fiber from the carbs to get the net carbs. Also, it becomes less time consuming the more you use it especially if you generally eat the same foods. It creates a list of recently added foods just for you so you don't have to search everytime.

Trust me, it's well worth the effort.

The online AND the PC version both show "net carbs".

In the online version, you have to manually (or in your head) subtract the total fiber shown, from your total carbs shown to get the "net carb" value. Easy enough.

The PC version allows you to add a column titled "Carb-Fiber" which shows the net carbs already calculated.

Neither version currently allows for tracking of sugar alcohols, but this can eaily be worked around.

For what it's worth - the PC version is WELL worth the $20. I wouldn't do this WOE without it.

Hey Justforfun,

What other advantages does the PC version have over the online one? I'm a Fitday junkie!
