chinesey chicken and cabbage meal

this is soooo good that my husband (not lcing) ate my serving before i got to it. i just threw it all together w/out measuring as usual. i adapted the cabbage recipe i found on here to add some more chinesey flavor. but the best part....i use the same pan for all 4 things!!!

CABBAGE
*shredded cabbage
*dehydrated onion (tiny bit for me)
*bacon
*eggs
*reserved marinade from chicken (see below)

-ok i fried up some bacon and put it to the side. pour out (& save) some of the drippings. to the rest of the drippings add the reserved marinade and onion. then fry up the cabbage and plate. top with 2 slices of bacon. then, in the same pan, fry 2 eggs (1 for each of us). put them on top of the bacon

CHICKEN
*chicken breasts
*roasted peanut oil (super great flavor, i totally, totally reccomend it)
*roasted sesame oil
*chinese five spice blend (no salt) plus extra ground pepper

-mix together marinade and soak chicken a few hours or overnight
cook it in a little of the marinade and some bacon grease.
(reserve marinade for cabbage) i also topped mine with blue cheese bc i top ALL my chicken with blue cheese.

i made everything ahead of time and i just cooked the chicken and fried the egg last minute. it was insanely good and pretty darn low carb. i figured per person, maybe a trace from spices in the chicken plus 1 with the blue cheese. and then 3 from cabbage, and 1 from the egg and onion combined. so about 5??

enjoy
