Article about low carb in Who Weekly

I'm a former member (Kabuki) but my membership appears to have disappeared like so many of my 'fat' clothes....

Great article in the Who Weekly this week about low carbs. Unfortunately, I can't find an electronic link so have typed in an excerpt below:

The low carb diet looked to be be better for heart health. After a year the low carb group [as opposed to the low fat group] had lower levels of HDL.

Basically, a study has been done in the US that shows that low carb diets are as effective as low fat, with the added health benefits coming from lower HDL and controlled insulin levels.
