Upped my fat and Whooooosh
Yesterday I ate so much fat! Mostly in the form of nuts, olive oil, blue cheese, olives, sirloin, and cream cream. I probably tripled the amount I usually eat in a day. I went to bed feeling very full and kindve nauseous but woke up 2.5 pounds lighter! 123.5 baby whoooHOOO! :)

oh, and I also ate a huge carbolite chocolate nougat candy bar with 20 gms of sugar alcohols which has always given me bad resuts in the past, but it didnt even seem to matter!

I hear you. I added the mock danish into my daily menu, and saw a few lbs fly right off.

Way to go! I know it's always made a huge difference for me in the past. That's one of the reasons I try to do FitDay all the time--in order to get enough!
