Nutrition info for the "french toast"?

I made it this morning, and it's good, but I'm just not as hungry as I used to be. Dunno why. I really have to force myself to eat.

Anyway, i need the nutritional info to post on Fitday. Any suggestions?

i don't know which french toast you made but at fitday you can add individual ingrediants to find out how many carbs a recipe has.
