Congratulations.. I'm not sure how long you've been waiting for movement, but I'd say with 61 lbs. gone, you've lost LOTS more than 1/2 an inch!

well ive been doing atkins since easter of this year.. and i havent lost anything.. and this morning i measured my waist and 1/2 in was gone so im verrrryyy excited!
