Hi all I have been doing atkins about 3 weeks & lost 10lbs, the last few days I have blown it & I am getting back on the wagon. I have to admit I did not have the most official Atkin experience, those low carb icecreams, yogurts, candies and chocolate milk etc...never gave me a true experience with induction but here I go again. I will start induction all over today the scale said 269 this morning & here I go.
I do have some good things to share
1- After the 1st week I did not ave the physical cravings
2- Folks notice 10lbs :)
3- Don't start cheating you won't miss what you don't have.
