Ground Cinnamon and HW-Cream

is Cinnamon and HVY Whipping Cream "induction phase" safe? and does cinnamon have sugar?

I believe they are both safe and no, cinnamon does not have sugar. Careful when you buy it, though - some stores sell "cinnamon sugar" (for toast!) - make sure you are buying just cinnamon.

ground cinnamon has no sugar. It does have a good amount of carbs though but most of the carbs are fiber.

might be a good idea to keep that in the back of your mind when eating it.

According to Fitday 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon has 1.84g total carbs and 1.25g fiber making a total net carbs of .59g. I can't find it on the approved list of induction food but personally I had it now and then during induction.

This is what Atkins says about Heavy Whipping cream during induction: "Cream, heavy or light (limit to two to three tablespoons a day; note carbohydrate content)"
