Graduation mints
 

Has anyone figured out a good recipe for those graduation mints made with cream cheese and mint extract?

I tried to do some recently with splenda, soft cream cheese, and mint, and it just wasn't right. They sound wonderful to me, I have always loved them. If anyone has a clue or time to experiment let me know what you come up with.

not sure if we are thinking of the same thing, since I never used cream cheese but I used a lot of powdered sugar which helped give it that melt in your mouth dissolve texture.

I cant think of anything that would substitute for that.
