New to this forum but not to LC
 

I started LC (atkins) Jan 20, 2003 and in 5o lbs in 5 months. I was part of a different forum and that forum has changed. I am not sure I was happy with the forum change. So I saw this one and decided to join.

I put back on 6 lbs over 2003 holidays and then lost them in January. I am going to go back a strict LC diet starting monday to see if I can lose those last 10 lbs and get below 140. So far my low has been 142. I started at 194.5 lbs 1/20/03. I will weigh in on Monday and I may have gained a few lbs back since January but I will find out on Monday.
