Hi,
I have been on Atkins since January 1st and have lost about 40 pounds. I have a question for anyone with an answer :p . I have had a terrible time with constipation and just can't seem to get this taken care of. I have been eating flax seed for the last three days, no cheese and salads but no luck. I have about 20 more pounds to loose. If there is anyone out there with a suggestion, I would sure appreciate it.

Hi, and welcome to the forum. I take "Coral Calcium: before I eat and I have no troubles with constipation. I think it is because it is so high in magnesium. I had a lot of problems before I started taking it but haven't had any since. Congradulations on your 40 lbs lost. That is great. Keep up the good work.
