Riccceeeeeeeee

Just had lunch - slipped and ate some rice - no a lot of rice and now am depressed. After weeks of no cheating fell into the Rice trap. Can someone tell me if I should skip dinner tonight or just low carb for the rest of the day or just leave low carbing till tommorrow - I am useless Rice freak!

Help!

uh oh!!

I had sushi that had some rice, but I was able to get right back into my lc WOE without a problem. Trust me I know where you're coming from, I have the worst willpower of anybody I know. But I can tell you that if you slip up once in the day, doesn't mean that you have to continue along that path. Definitely continue eating low carb because remember - this is a change in lifestyle and eating habits. One of the things I do is to remove anything in my presence that I could get my hands on and shove in my mouth. I'm like a little baby, I swear. Be consciencely aware of what you are eating all the time. Don't obsess over it, but just have the mind set that you don't eat like that anymore, and stick to your guns.

I was a rice lover too. I know its tough. Dont worry about it, dont skip dinner, just continue low carbing for the rest of the day... and tomorrow... and the day after etc.

This is a commitment and woe for life. Right? In the grand scheme of things, a day of rice isnt going to kill you or make that huge of an impact. Just get right on and keep going.

The worst thing you can do is say Ive already messed up today, so I'll mess up some more and continue tomorrow! Get back right on the wagon the moment you fall off and keep going.

Dont worry about it!

Good luck!
