Cottage cheese question
I was wondering how harmful cottage cheese is to induction. I had about a cup worth of serving tonight of it, just 10 minutes ago. I don't do it often, just needed a pick me up. The stats for the serving is posted on my fitday. 4g carb per 1/2 cup.

Make sure you get a full fat version, because low fat cottage cheese has about twice the carbs.

Cottage cheese is listed as a food allowed on Atkins Induction (DANDR page 96).
I don't eat it very often though, just because I mentally associate it with painful memories of low fat/ low calorie dieting! |
At first I couldn't bring myself to eat it thru induction, but I've just recently started eating it with flaxseed oil. Not bad.
