I did a good hard biceps, triceps and a little bit of chest workout today.
Abs are tomorrow... |
Back, shoulders, biceps, triceps. Also did Pilates for core (abs).

My fingers. I have two papers due on Friday. Everything else is on hold til then. I'm writing with the board open in the background, LOL.

Abs are everyday...but today was a running day. Tueday, Thurs, Saturday are my circuit days.

lower body: box squats, atf squats, romanian deadlifts, calf raises, and leg press. :)

I've got upper body tomorrow morning (it's 10:30 at night here just now ;)) so chest, shoulders, back, tris and bis. :)

'cept I alternate the Squats and SLDLs with Deadlifts and Leg Presses Squats Stiff Legged Deadlifts Standing Sm. Machine Calf Raises Shrugs Slight Incline Dumbell Bench Presses supersetted with Wide Grip Pulldowns Weighted Dips Seated Dumbell Military Presses supersetted with Seated Rows Standing Dumbell Flyes supersetted with Pec Deck Tri-set of Standing Dumbell Curls Seated Tricep Overhead Extensions V-Grip Tricep Pushdowns 45lb plate lifts for grip/forearm Lower Pulley Behind Back Wristcurls Cablecrunches That was at 5:00am and then off to work digging trenches in very hard clay with a pickaxe (to treat for termites), which is a great arm workout in itself, hehe |
