I tried to respond on your comments but it will not let me. Jagbender I am actually working with Built and LW on my diet and exercise plan right now. I lifted for about 2 years previous to this. LW, I just sent Built my photos, there may be one like you described and she can forward them to you, I am probably gonna take a few more after my first carb up tonight to see if they look any different. I will have those tomorrow.

yeah my back and shoulder (though you really cannot tell) are my best features and strongest areas. Once I get some of the fluff off it will hopefully look better. But, then back to bulking for more muscle...dear god will it ever end :)
and I am lucky I have a pretty small waist and hip area. Now don't even ask about below the belt line...it is a work in progress. I am going to take more pics tonight after my carb load and see if that makes any diff in the way I look, I willhave those tomorrow. |

You ladies lower seems to be like my Gut, a literal pain in the a$$!
All three of you ladies are looking really fine! Maybe we will all get "there" to our own little body image in our heads. I am having a hard time with this CKD. I got on the scale this morning and "broke even" I was hoping to see that 1 pound drop. :( I didn't "show" or "feel" in ketosis this week. I lost the carb up weight but that's it. I'm still contimplating not doing a carb up this weekend. Jag |
don't skimp on carb up... there is a reason for it!!! :)
