Great Idea for those of you who eat yogurt...

This might sound weird, but yesterday I dumped a container of sf jello (strawberry flavor) and a container of dannon lc yogurt (vanilla flavor) into my food processor and WhA-Laaa! :D SO GOOD!! Kindve like a creamy fruit smoothie-u-eat-with-a-spoon type thing. MMMMM i bet this would make great frozen popsicles too. Perfect for summer.

Nutrition Fact as far as I know:
Calories: 70
Net Carbs: 3

Enjoy!

Sounds wonderful...I take it that it was a large container of the lc yogurt (how much sugar?) as you said a container of sf jello...Did the remainder set up or what? I will try it after I read how much sugar.. Thanks

I've mixed yogurt with sf orange jello powder and a little sf vanilla syrup. tastes like a dreamscicle.

I made it with the Dannon Carb Control yogurt. The size is 4 oz (a pretty small container). It is sweetened with Splenda and has 3 net carbs.

Hi, I mixed the jello (some water to dissove it) cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla and some heavy cream together. I beat it up really good with the mixer. Then chilled it. It was delish! Used the strawberry banana jello, but am going to try the orange jello to see if I get the dreamsicle effect. LOL!

And it's good for induction!

Hey, I wonder if we could use some Koolaid mix in some of these desserts? SF of course and could be sweetened with splenda? Just think of all those flavors!

that sounds really good! I have been using SF jam in my yogurt but the jello idea sounds a lot better
