Protein

How many grams of proteins should I have in a day when I look at my fitday? I am at 77g right now is that okay?

depends on your height/weight, your level of activity, how much/how fast u want to lose, etc.

On Atkins, there is no minimum nor maximum amount of protein that you must or may eat. Just stick with the Induction List and eat until you are satisfied. But don't stuff yourself. The protein is very satisfying.

Protein Power Plan has a method of calculating the MINIMUM amount of protein per day, but there is also no maximum.

So enjoy all the meat and fish and poultry and eggs you want during Induction.

I'm having trouble with fitday, where my net carbs are not registering, only the main carbs, making it look like I'm eating too much. Can anyone help with that?

Singergy: Atkins doesn't ever count protein max or min. BNor calories. Just carbs.
