Thank goodness for the low carb revolution

Hi there,

I have struggled with being overweight for most of my life. After losing my mom to complications from diabetes in summer 2003, I decided to try the Atkins nutritional approach. I am also enrolled in a work out program. I have lost over 50 pounds.
I am glad that I found this site because I can now communicate with individuals who are at various stages in adopting a healthy lifestyle.
Thanks for posting your stories and pics. And remain healthy and blessed.
