This looks like an amazing forum. Thanks to Built for directing me here. I've spent pretty much all day reading and getting orientated, it's a BIG place.

I've just started back with low carb eating, I'm looking to drop the last 13 or so pounds. I've lost about 43 lbs so far and added on a nice bit of muscle. I think you'll generally find me hanging out in the body building section.
